Koroikanda is a place where a group of true worshippers were praying for a church building. It belongs to the Haluaghat Upazila under Mymensingh district. As Lord says, “And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13). As they prayed to the Lord with diligent heart, God responded them with blessings. God touched the heart of Elder Jeon Won Geon and Dr. Milon Moskala who donated for the construction of this church building. Pr. Won Sang Kim and Dr. Myun Ju Lee played significant role in raising the fund for this church building. Finally, God provided them a ‘house of prayer’. “I have heard your prayer and your plea, which you have made before me. I have consecrated this house that you have built” (1 Kings 9:3). The church was inaugurated and dedicated on February 12, 2022 by Pr. Won Sang Kim, BAUM President and Pr. Timothy Roy, BAUM Executive Secretary. NBM Officers, District Pastors and MAS Administrators and many church members were present in the church inauguration and dedication ceremony.
