BAUM Children Ministry held its first series of Mission Wide Children Bible Conference at Monosapara Adventist Seminary and School on February 08-11, 2023 with a purpose of nurturing children into a loving, serving relationship with Jesus. The theme was “Be His Witness and I Will Go” and the key text was on Acts 22:16, “For you will be a witness for him to everyone of what you have seen and heard”. The grand welcome ceremony was given for the delegates both from home and aboard. SSD Children Ministry Director, Mrs. Danita Caderma was present as a keynote speaker for this three-day Bible Conference. She urged all the children to be a witness like a young girl who served the Naaman’s wife (2 Kings 5:2, 3). The Bible Conference consisted of numerous programs such as song service; Children debate competition, Children drama competition, children religious concert, cultural program and devotion both in the morning and in the evening. Winners of each competition were appreciated with reward and crest to value their skills and presence. Children were overwhelmed with the outdoor activities where the four houses were set up with colorful decoration to build up the team works among the divided groups. Baptism ceremony was held for the young soldier of the Christ who decided to follow the footsteps of Jesus through this holy ceremony. It was end with a commitment to be His witness to the people living around us.
