Secretariat Training Seminar was held on March 02, 2023 in the BAUM Conference Room. The key text was on 2 Corinthians 14:40, “But all things should be done decently and in order”. Mission Executive Secretaries, mission office secretaries, BAUM departmental directors, and BAUM office secretaries were present on this one-day seminar where the rules of agenda and minutes writings were discussed and taught by Mrs. Mita Das, BAUM Administrative Secretary. She focused on the procedures and rules of keeping documents in order and confidential as well. Other important policies related to the regularization and creating Achieve center in mission levels were discussed together. Paul Points to his use of ‘Secretaries’ when he says, “See what large letters I use as I write you with my own hand” (Gal. 6:11; See also Philemon 19; 2 Thess. 3:17).
